POWAY, CALIF., May 12, 2009 -- Cohu, Inc. (NASDAQ/COHU) reported today that the Cohu Board of Directors, at a meeting on May 12, 2009, declared a quarterly cash dividend of six cents ($0.06) per share payable August 7, 2009 to shareholders of record on June 26, 2009. The Company has paid consecutive quarterly cash dividends since 1977.
