POWAY, CALIF., May 11, 2010 -- Cohu, Inc. (NASDAQ/COHU) reported today that the Cohu Board of Directors, at a meeting on May 11, 2010, declared a quarterly cash dividend of six cents ($0.06) per share payable August 6, 2010 to shareholders of record on June 25, 2010. The Company has paid consecutive quarterly cash dividends since 1977.
