POWAY, Calif., April 14, 2011 -- Cohu, Inc. (NASDAQ:COHU) will release results for the First Quarter 2011 on Wednesday, April 20, 2011, following the close of markets, at 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time/4:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
