POWAY, CALIF., May 11, 2011 -- Cohu, Inc. (NASDAQ/COHU) reported today that the Cohu Board of Directors, at a meeting on May 10, 2011, declared a quarterly cash dividend of six cents ($0.06) per share payable August 5, 2011 to shareholders of record on June 24, 2011. The Company has paid consecutive quarterly cash dividends since 1977.
