Products: Automated Test Handlers: Pick & Place: Castle Castle Single to Nine Site, Tri-Temperature Pick-and-Place handler for Logic, Analog and Mixed Signal Applications The Castle is a x1 to x9 site pick-and-place handler for tray-based packages including BGA, CSP, and μBGA. It is capable of thermally conditioning devices from -60C to +155C. The thermal soak space meets soak time requirements while maintaining peak UPH of 4,200 for the Lx and 5,200 for the TURBO version. Both the Lx and TURBO incorporate one automated input position and from four to eight automated unload positions.
