High Performance Pick-and-Place Handler

The MATRiX handler provides increased productivity in several dimensions of performance: up to three times higher throughput, four times higher parallelism, and active thermal control per test site.

With an adjustable test site configuration, customers can reuse existing load-boards, including boards made for gravity handlers.

The system also provides unprecedented flexibility with field upgradeable options including a chamberless tri-temperature test site, vision alignment, and auto contactor cleaning.
